There really isn't a typical menu, since we create them with you. We often do a mix of hearty soups or chili, frittatas, smoothies that will freeze well, roasted chicken or pork, grain salads, fresh salads, and muffins or breastmilk-booster cookies. Below is a sampling of ideas.

Nourishing Soups

Made with organic bone broths, soups are super nourishing whether you are recovering from childbirth, healing after illness, or just trying to  stay healthy. For vegetarians, we use mineral or vegetable broth. All vegetables are organic and locally sourced.

All grains for the grain salads are soaked and sprouted, then cooked in broth to maximize nutrition for each dish.  These are great for grazing throughout the day. Choose from:

Who wants to live without tasty snacks?  Not us. Our sweet treats are all made with natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar instead of refined sugars. We include nutritional boosters like brewer's yeast, flax seed and omega-3-rich nuts. Choose from:
